We offer a risk-free trial to test our service, and our subscription can be canceled at any time. Given the low cost of our service and the ability to try before you buy, we do not generally offer refunds. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant exceptions. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at hello@0x4d2.com and we'll review your case.
Examples of refund exceptions we may grant
- If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel.
- If there was a significant service outage or technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
- If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error.
- If there was an error in the billing amount (charged more than the advertised price).
- If you paid but were unable to access the service due to technical issues on our platform that couldn't be resolved.
- If a specific feature was advertised but not actually available or functioning as described when you subscribed.
